THE POOL EXPERIENCE
The Pool of Possibilities continues to amaze and delight me with its many faces and infinite wisdom. Visitors to the actual pool have remarked on its beauty and charm. They feel invited into a healing experience, immersed in its liquid softness. Some have even said that the water feels like velvet or silk. We believe that this amazing texture is a result of the high resonance of the entire body of water.

But its reach goes far beyond its physical boundaries. It also stimulates the artistic endeavor like no place I have ever experienced.
The most powerful aspect of this project is the seemingly infinite variety of images created in the pool. I am frequently astonished by how many different patterns, textures, colors and designs I see in the water as the wind, sun, and other climatic elements change. Sometimes this can occur second by second.
As much as I am saddened by what we recognize as global warming, I admit the warmer winter temperatures here are producing some spectacular days poolside. The melting ice, shapes produced by refreezing, and water reflections combine beautifully with snow patterns.
I realize now that there is no end to the pool project. It can never be completed. The possibilities are infinite, and I believe my enchantment with it will also be limitless.
